Walmart’s Famous Car campaign was an epic cross-over of film and television cars that demonstrated how the service works.
It went viral at launch, with over 20 million views in 24 hours, and 700 million impressions in a week.
And then came the rest. Over 1000 pieces of content. Social. Games. Outdoor. Bus wraps. Radio. And America couldn’t get enough.
Walmart’s e-commerce sales rose 43%, and they received record app downloads. The Famous Cars campaign showed that Walmart’s Grocery Pickup was the Grocery pickup people needed.
