The film begins disguised as a typical sportswear ad before taking a turn toward the unexpected. An intense streetball game gets interrupted when an surprise guest steps onto the court. The challenger is a strange young woman wearing Reebok Aztrek sneakers who seems to have the power to affect the environment around her. She stares down the tough looking basketball players before releasing a contagious anti-dance. Part hypnotic dance, part uncensored self-expression, the anti-dance is the challenger’s energetic and unexpected way of saying to the world, "This is who I am and I'm not going to sit on the sidelines any longer." We see her influence jump from person to person – from a young woman watching the game to an older man with shopping bags to a couple of kids watching from a nearby apartment. By the end she has completely changed the course of the night.
