New Zealand has one of the best fibre networks in the world. But many Kiwis are still putting up with an inferior internet experience, with poor connectivity and dropped signals, either because they don’t realise the benefits of fibre or they’re not confident enough with technology to ask.

This campaign is about righting this wrong, informing those Kiwis who are experiencing ‘badnet’ that there is an easy and ‘friendly’ solution for them in the form of fibre from Chorus.

It features Carl, who suffers a range of common ‘badnet’ issues throughout the course of his regular daily activities. Carl is soon rescued by caring neighbours who introduce him to Sammy, a Chorus engineer who’ll have him internetting with the best of them in no time.
