Female-founded Stacy’s Pita Chips is continuing its mission to “help women rise” – literally – by wrapping the elevators + stairs of a Chicago office building with startling statistics regarding the female funding gap.
When you hear statistics like only 3% of venture capitalist funding going to female-founded businesses, you want to help in any way you can. The activation kicked off during Women’s History Month.
Stacy’s asked female founders to record their elevator pitch so we could share them with actual venture capitalists.
For venture capitalists who were unable to visit the elevators, we invited them to experience it online.
As French singer-songwriter Edith Piaf once said: “When you reach the top, remember to send the elevator back down for the others.”
