20something created 'The New Wave' for Chelsea's 2021 strip launch. The aim was to make them synonymous with fashion and culture.

'The New Wave' featured some of the biggest and brightest stars of the game. It took viewers on a journey into a new dimension, filled with Chelsea's youthful sides. A Bridget-Riley-Esque, op-art world bounced viewers between the 60s and the present day. It celebrated Chelsea's heritage, style, fashions, and music of the King's Road.

'Time of the Season' was chosen as the track for the film. There was an obvious opportunity in the title. But the lead singer of The Zombies - Colin Blunstone, has also been a lifelong Chelsea fan. 'Time of the Season' was updated with a new mix and immersive sound design and was later launched the track on Spotify and Apple Music.
