The film's objective is to raise awareness, specifically in a younger audience, of how immense this issue is. But how do you make tax avoidance interesting?
The music had to be engaging enough to not only get the audience’s attention – but to keep it too. With no dialogue in the film the music is key to establishing the dark context and escalating urgency of the story telling.
After an initial search for existing music we decided the best way forward was an original score - giving us complete control over how the music reinforced the story beats whilst not compromising on the level of edge, darkness, modernity and build we needed.
