Meet “Crumbles” a singing, dancing, swearing saltine who is here to tell us the hard truths about what our job is doing to our mental health with a catchy tune called “This Job Can Break You”. Crumbles the Cracker is an embodiment of the work that keeps us grinding for all hours and the song and dance that we sometimes do to convince ourselves that we’re ok, when we’re often not.  In this film we see a person working late into the night clearly tired and worn out when suddenly Crumbles appears to sing a show-tune  infused with dark humor and real insight, to launch the intervention both the worker and the industry have been waiting for.
