To celebrate its 30th year sponsoring Liverpool FC, and the longest partnership in Premier League history, this global film takes Liverpool fans on a three-decade-long pub crawl to the beginning of Carlsberg’s sponsorship in 1993.

A barman pulls a pint of Carlsberg, distracted by the action taking place on the pub’s TV, and time stands still as we see the beginnings of celebrations among Liverpool FC fans.

Journeying through years of legendary moments for the football club, fans celebrate while protecting their pints from flying chips and cheering fans.

It ends with the barman 30 years on, pulling a pint in present time and still watching in awe of his team as a line appears: ‘Partners for 30 years. Forever fans.’

Accompanying the vision, a bespoke soundtrack that recalls the Merseyside sound of bands such as The Beatles and Gerry and the Pacemakers adds to the reminiscent vibe. 

Vocals are by Chris Griffith, a member of '90s local Liverpool band "The Real People," famous for playing local pub gigs in Merseyside, with subtle reference Liverpool’s official anthem YNWA, with lyrics such as: “We walked these roads together for 30 years and some, and we’ll never walk alone for the years to come."
