The AINKAA initiative has the objective of culturally recognizing the Wayuú tribes in the northern region of Colombia. The company Alpina, together with the Alpina Foundation, donated products of nutritional value to 11 communities in the Alta Guajira, a place with a long history of neglect by the state. While the delivery of the products was carried out, educational recycling workshops where held and it all got captured in the "AINKAA - the power to transform the world together" documentary .

"AINKAA - the power to transform the world together" is a 3 part documentary film produced by The Alpina Foundation in association with SanchoBBDO, Macarena and HOOKED Music.
The main object of this documentary is to honor and empower the forgotten Wayuú culture, by taking a deep dive in their customs, music, legends and way of life.

In order to score the original music for this project, we had to understand the musical heritage of the Wayuú tribes, record and adapt respectfully all the main instruments, that define their unique sound, within the Colombian musical landscape.

The main theme of this documentary was also adapted for the trailer, featuring wayuú instruments such as the masi and sawawa flute, the trompa and the tambora.
