Paint brands should have some of the most beautiful ads in the world right?  Boys+Girls certainly thought so. For this campaign, Ireland’s leading decorative paint company, Colourtrend turned to their creative agency to reimagine the standard paint ad. Pushing aside the usual shots of people painting their walls, the brief was to reveal the beauty of how paint is formulated before it reaches the shelves, highlighting the quality of materials and processes that Colourtrend prides itself on.  

The images were created in collaboration with Roman De Giuli, macro photographer and artist. Every single drop was captured for real in stunning macro detail. Taking a closer, microscopic look at the beauty of quality paint on a camera, in a way that hasn’t been done before.
