Scott® Bath partnered with VaynerMedia New York to launch a new, social-first campaign to promote new Scott® 1000 toilet paper and its clog-free technology. Utilizing social insights VaynerMedia found around the very real, deep-seated fear of clogged toilets, the team created a three-minute film that captures the anxiety-ridden experience of battling a clogged toilet, especially outside your home. In the film, a seemingly normal weekend away becomes a nightmare when a couple forgets the Scott® 1000 toilet paper – all that’s left is plush, fluff toilet paper for a low-flow toilet. Viewers feel the fear of when mother nature meets one mother of a clog, and what happens when Scott® 1000 toilet paper with clog-free technology is accidentally left behind.
The film was a resounding success, climbing from a few thousand views to over 575,000 YouTube views within less than three weeks, along with paid support.
