It became a truly fun and engaging activation that resulted in 4 million audio messagesreceived and four million interactions between Coca-Cola's chatbot, Kora, and consumers, inonly two weeks. It also achieved other overwhelming results regarding both the number of participants and their engagement and grabbed the attention of the market not only in Brazil, but in several other countries that noticed it.
