Cultural marketing agency 160/90 has named Will Mould senior vice president of experiential, focusing on the European region. Based out of 160/90’s London office, Will is reporting to Josh Pate, senior vice president, global experiential.
In his new role, Will is responsible for overseeing the agency’s experiential business across Europe and identifying new growth opportunities.

Will co-founded the creative brand experience agency XYZ alongside Paul Stanway in 2013. 160/90 acquired XYZ in July 2023, integrating Will, Stanway and the XYZ team into 160’s existing London-based team. XYZ has since rebranded to 160/90.
