Archer’s Mark cast and capture the lives of real people in this doco-style campaign for LinkedIn, putting the power of community to the test in Grimsby

Archer’s Mark worked closely as the production partner to lead creative agency BMB. Engaged early in the process, Archer’s Mark worked in collaboration to develop the creative and production approach, going on to produce both the films and stills for the campaign end-to-end.

The initiative “Grimsby United” is set in the UK’s northern town famous for its once thriving fishing industry, and explores how the power of community can help people access new jobs and careers in an area that has experienced tough economic challenges.

The project focuses on the journey of four people, all in search of new opportunities in Grimsby. From Darren, one of the town’s last remaining fishermen looking to export his seafood internationally, to Chelsey, a part-time café worker who wants to transition into a fulfilling career as a caregiver. The short films follow their real-life career transformations as they look to connect with their local community and new opportunities.
