B-Reel, the international creative agency headquartered in Stockholm, created a global campaign for Ramsbury Single Estate Distillery, a challenger premium spirits brand with big ambitions.

Ramsbury Single Estate has launched its new global campaign ‘Never Out of Place’. Delivered by creative agency B-Reel, the campaign lays the foundations for a premium spirits brand that confidently sets itself apart from the category tropes in an already overcrowded market.

The Ramsbury Single Estate distillery was born in 2015 on the English countryside, but since its beginnings they’ve always looked to go their own way. While many other distilleries linger on hyper local provenance, heritage or overused “field to bottle” language, Ramsbury and B-Reel chose a more unexpected, entertaining and bold approach with the campaign ‘Never out of place’. As the lead agency, B-Reel aimed to connect with a younger audience globally with a creative concept that stands out and breaks conventions for a premium spirit brand. This demographic values individualism and exploration which is a perfect match with the Ramsbury perspective that as long as you’re you, you’re home.

The launch film was shot on 35mm film, a distinct and bold choice for a spirits brand today. The film shows that every great Gin comes with a great story, in this case, a story that literally happens before the viewer's eyes. The film, directed by Daniel Eskils at Tarot productions, spotlights the product in a setting far, far away from micro distillery farm visuals, and instead introduces a tone that mixes an aspirational premium style with down-to-earth wit, delivered with smart confidence.

Another part of the campaign is a range of beautifully shot still images of both the Ramsbury signature Gin and Vodka, carefully placed in locations both expected and unexpected to pay off the campaign tagline. B-Reel also helped refresh Ramsburys visual ID for the launch of this campaign, which can be seen across the assets on OOH and SoMe, as yet another way of making the brand stand out in the premium segment.

‘Never Out of Place’ runs until October 31st 2023 in the UK, Canada, and Germany. The campaign will run online, as well as Video-on-Demand, Digital-out-of-Home, and social media.
