Brothers & Sisters, the independent creative agency, has promoted Ella Rybacki to the role of head of account management.
Formerly business director at the agency, which she joined in 2020, Ella will be responsible for managing the account management department and developing the Brothers & Sisters playbook for brilliant account management.
She is the first person to hold this post since Katie Jackson, now managing director of 4Creative, in 2017.
Prior to joining Brothers & Sisters, who count We Buy Any Car, Center Parcs, Sky, Yakult and Purple Bricks among its clients, Ella worked as an account director at 303 MullenLowe in Sydney, as well as stints at 18 Feet and Rising and Ogilvy.
Ella Rybacki said, “I’m thrilled to be appointed as Brothers & Sister’s first Head of Account Management in 7 years. 2024 is set to be an exciting one for the agency: I’m looking forward to leading the department as it continues to grow and play an integral role in developing the very best work for our clients, whilst being a supportive environment that attracts great talent and enables them to reach their potential.”
Matt Charlton, CEO of Brothers & Sisters, said, “Ella has been an absolute superstar in our agency, leading large complex accounts yet delivering amazing work whilst loved by both clients and agency folk alike.
“We want to give her a bigger role to make a difference in shaping the agency and not just accounts.”
