Chevrolet, Buick and GMC Certified Pre-Owned, with agency MRM/McCann Detroit and director Lena Beug, recently launched a four-film integrated campaign. Called 'Certified Story Time,' the online videos are clever vignettes told by a dynamic storyteller, with an entertaining storytelling method.
The videos explain exactly what makes Chevrolet, Buick and GMC Certified Pre-Owned cars better than used (and why they make for better stories). The storyteller narrates each tale and pops up throughout; we can see him, but the characters in each story can’t.
Lena's cast is quirky and relatable, her visuals campy and distinctive, as the comedic scenarios unfold explaining why the cars and program are in a league of their own.
'Super Fresh Granny' explains the Roadside Assistance program and 'Hidden Camera Hunt,' the Warranty plan. 'Change of Heart' meanwhile details the Exchange Policy and 'The Commuters' the Vehicle Inspection program.
