Elliot Simpson Directs Joel Corry’s Tongue-in-cheek Social Commentary Video 'BED'
Elliot is a long-term collaborator of Joel's and has been behind the lens for his previous singles, ‘Lonely’ and his record-breaking, year-defining UK #1 single, ‘Head & Heart’ ft. MNEK in 2020.
Joel put his trust in Elliot again with BED to create another inventive video for his first new material since Head & Heart and he's come up with the goods. A tongue in cheek social commentary sees Raye and Joel cast as robot-like ‘perfect partners’ fresh off the factory production line, complete with a special cameo from David Guetta.
To coincide with the release of the official video, Joel has also announced his debut UK headline tour that’ll see him take in dates across the UK – from Aberdeen to Manchester via pit stops in Glasgow, Dublin, Cardiff, London & more – throughout October and November. “I have been dreaming about this moment for the last year”, says Joel. “I’m so excited to get back on tour and perform in front of a crowd again. It’s what I love doing most in life!”
