Bizarrap and Axe have joined forces in what they define as “an unexpected collaboration” to launch a new version of “one of their best fragrances”: Axe Black Remixed. In this project, created by Lola MullenLowe, the composer, producer, and current hitmaker seeks to give a twist to this iconic fragrance.
The film was produced by Rebolucion Spain and directed by Felipe Gómez Aparicio and Rocío Crudo.
Caroline Gregory, global brand director for Axe and Lynx, explains that “combining fragrance, music with Axe's insightful humor and integrating BZRP in such an organic way was an exciting challenge that turned into this incredible campaign.”
Felipe Gómez Aparicio, one of the directors, said, "One of the challenges while working with Tomás Ostiglia and his team of creatives, and Caroline de Lola MullenLowe, was to obtain Bizarrap's approval. For this project, we thought it might be interesting to incorporate a different look to mine, that of Rocío Crudo, since the characters are a man and a woman. The story is not the usual Axe story but a romance rather than an encounter. We were able to unite visions and points of view: the narrative side and the work with celebrities to achieve a diverse look.”
About this project, Tomás Ostiglia, executive creative director of Lola MullenLowe, says, “Working again with Axe has been fantastic; adding talents like BZRP, who were even involved in the music of the campaign, has made the experience even more exceptional.
The campaign is being broadcast in Latin America, the United States, and Spain.
