Cayman Jack is taking its legendary Rivershack bar on its second festival tour across the country, partnering with chefs that embody the adventurous spirit of Cayman Jack to create custom Cayman Jack-inspired recipes that will be showcased at wine and food fests nationwide. Following recent stops in New Orleans and Atlanta, the Rivershack bar tour will appear in NYC and Austin this fall.
Chef Ashley Jonique showcased her Cayman Jack-inspired Sweet Heat Shrimp and Pineapple Ceviche and Strawberry and Mint Salad at the New Orleans Wine & Food Experience.
Food Network’s Kardea Brown hosted the Cayman Jack’s Sip & Savor Brunch at the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival on Saturday, Sept 14 where she crafted an adventurous meal of Cayman-Jack inspired menu items including BBQ Shrimp and Grits and Sea Island Wings, exclusively for a sold-out, intimate brunch experience.

Next up, the Cayman Jack River Cruise will set sail during the New York City Wine & Food Festival with cookbook author and recipe developer Justine Doiron (aka @justine_snacks), known for her viral recipes and trending butter board spreads. Fans will enjoy an unforgettable evening of delicious bites, music and fun as they sail down the Hudson River with Justine and Cayman Jack for this first-of-its-kind festival experience.
To round out the tour, cookbook author Jess Pryles will be at the Austin Food & Wine Festival where she’ll participate in a Cocktail Panel Tasting Session and serve dishes filled with Texan heat alongside samples of Cayman Jack Sweet Heat Margarita.
