Fresh Base have announced exciting European expansion plans with the opening of an office in Barcelona, with further plans for opening across Europe in 2024.
The move follows a string of successful work located within continental Europe for the London-based company. Most notably, Fresh Base have completed EA Sports projects with Jude Bellingham in Dortmund, Eduardo Camavinga in Madrid, product launches for Nike and Puma as well as numerous kit launches for the likes of FC Porto, LOSC Lille, and Real Betis.
In recent years, Fresh Base have also been active in Barcelona via their talent arm ‘Ballers Models’, and have completed projects in the city for Nike, Adidas and Sports Direct.
The announcement comes after Fresh Base recently celebrated their fifth anniversary, and signals the company's intent to build presence within additional markets. Using Barcelona as a base, Fresh Base will seek to deliver more versatile production solutions for sports & lifestyle brands, and continue to offer cutting-edge creative capabilities across multiple locations in Europe.
The new Barcelona base will serve as a hub for Fresh Base to engage with local sports brands, collaborate with regional partners, and underscores the company’s commitment to foster closer relationships with its Spanish clientele whilst growing its international footprint.
Gaurav Kumar, executive producer and founder, Fresh Base, said, “After a series of successful shoots in Barcelona, Madrid and Sevilla we are excited to officially bring our expertise for sports & lifestyle production to Spain, and strengthen our ties with the European sports community. We’ve had some great successes across the whole of Europe recently, and I’m confident this initial expansion will allow us to connect and collaborate with clients more efficiently. This also reaffirms our commitment to deliver unique solutions at scale”.
