Host Greg Owens visited Uncommon Creative Studio in Farringdon to ask Nils Leonard how he took Uncommon from being a startup in 2017 to winning the British Airways advertising account four years later.

Nils also revealed his reasons for leaving Grey with co-founders Lucy Jameson and Natalie Graeme, as well as commenting on the broader industry's lack of confidence.

He described his early years at Grey, when he established 'Dark Grey'; a design project in which he designed alternative brands with his favourite creatives.
