For client PNHoffman, the Washington D.C.-based real estate developer, integrated ad agency HZDG, headquartered in Rockville, MD, brought to life one of the District’s most luxurious new condominium developments to come on the market in years.
The assignment began with a brand positioning for the luxury condominium development, and then grew. Next, HZDG created the name – Vio (derived from Latin roots, meaning “eye journey”) – an expression of the personality of this luxury jewel, the flagship residential component of the larger Wharf development project that is revitalising Southwest D.C.'s waterfront.
Finally, HZDG designed and created a variety of marketing pieces to promote Vio, ranging from the condo's
website to digital and print ads, as well as a sumptuous, glossy luxury magazine and elegant stationery and business cards.
