Iwona Mnich takes over Papaya Films' international production management.
Following five years as head of production for the award-winning studio, Iwona's new sole focus will be firmly on expanding Papaya Films’ international capabilities.
In this position, Iwona will be charged with developing the firm’s international relations. She will be responsible for defining the development strategy of international businesses and collaborating with market leads in the UK, US and Portugal. Her new position marks a natural progression for Papaya Films as we constantly manage and strengthen the high level of service we offer.
Iwona brings to her role over two decades of production experience, gained across leadership and production positions in top industry companies. Since joining Papaya Films, she has been instrumental in partnering with founder Kacper Sawicki to transform the company into an internationally renowned production studio. The changes come on the eve of an exciting upcoming expansion into key complementary markets. In her new role, alongside HoP Poland, Iwona will integrate cooperation between International and Polish businesses to continue to evolve Papaya Films' international growth strategy, including team coaching, as well as marketing and sales strategy.
