FCB has announced the appointment of Jennifer McQuaig to lead their Strategy practice for FCB/SIX. With a deep experience in data, marketing, partnerships, loyalty, and a passion for driving growth for her clients, Jennifer will help drive FCB/SIX’s vision to make work that builds timeless brand value and creates customer experiences that generate measurable business results.
Jennifer is an accomplished marketing and commercial strategy leader with over 20 years of experience, building innovative data-driven customer strategies through working with brands like BMO, Samsung, Loblaw, and Highmark. She spent more than a decade at LoyaltyOne (Air Miles), where she served as General Manager, Partnerships & Client Services. Over her career, Jennifer has played a pivotal role in building engagement capabilities, enabling clients to create a connected digital experience that drives deeper member engagement and value.
In her new role, Jennifer will lead strategies spanning customer growth and loyalty, omni-channel experience, and marketing transformation, bringing valuable cross industry expertise including banking, payments, retail and healthcare.
