JJ Augustavo Teams up with Cycling Team LEGION for Training App Zwift Spot

JJ Augustavo directs an energetic new brand film from training app Zwift. The 10-minute mini documentary follows Los Angeles-based professional cycling team LEGION, known as 'the most consequential team in professional cycling,' as they train with Zwift. Led by brothers Justin and Cory Williams, the team aims to increase diversity, encourage inclusion, provide a pathway into cycling for youths of all backgrounds, and give supporters greater access to their favourite athletes.

Shot in and around Los Angeles, JJ’s film captures the magnetic personalities of the Williams brothers and the team’s camaraderie as they faced a season cancelled by COVID. Zwift’s training app provided a way to virtually race against other teams and friends from around the world. Augustavo has previously collaborated with the Williams brothers to document their groundbreaking journey from South Central LA to taking over American cycling. Augustavo is currently on the directing roster with production company m ss ng p eces.
