In an age defined by insecurities about money, finances, and future planning, consumers desire a bank that can be a problem-solving partner, eager to ease anxiety whenever and wherever it arises. Luckily, KeyBank is that partner - they’re there whenever and wherever you need them... and with this latest campaign, we really mean wherever.
KeyBank and Fallon will launch the next iteration of KeyBank’s 'Meet You in the Moment' campaign. The basis of the campaign is simple - for every financial need, KeyBank will meet you in the moment, whether it’s about meeting you during your little everyday moments like at the mechanic or dry cleaners, or in the big moments, like buying a vacation home or planning for a child's education. In this campaign, we’re debuting several new spots that highlight KeyBank’s relationship with clients, promising to be readily available to listen, anticipate, and serve every need, all while mixing in the perfect blend of humour.
Watch below as KeyBank team members meet their clients where they’re at - whether at a vending machine, on the beach, or at work - ready to answer questions about investment properties, small business loans, and more.
“At KeyBank, we know every small moment is an opportunity to build relationships and open doors for our clients,” said Patty Jurca, KeyBank CMO. “Being there for both the planned and unexpected moments with expertise and humanity is core to who we are. ‘Meet You in the Moment’ brings all these elements to the forefront, with a touch of humor to remind our clients that we are on their side.”
This year KeyBank celebrates 200 years, and this campaign is just one of those celebratory moments. The campaign includes hero :30 spots with an additional cutdowns across :15s and :06s.
"KeyBank’s focus on relationships is what really sets them apart. So we wanted to celebrate the way KeyBank employees 'Open Doors' for their clients,” said Melissa Hoke, creative director at Fallon. “Though the physical comedy is unexpected, the way KeyBank goes above and beyond isn’t. Making this such a memorable way to evolve our ‘Meet You in the Moment’ campaign for another year. And, of course, I will never look at a vending machine in the same way again."
