Legwork Reveals L.L.Bean’s Secret to Better Flannel in New Animated Ad

In a new animated ad for L.L.Bean, Denver-based creative studio Legwork reveals the real secret to better flannel. The video, created to support the retail company’s 'It’s Flannel Season' Fall campaign, explains how L.L.Bean makes the best quality flannel - the long-lasting and extra-soft Scotch Plaid Flannel shirts are the result of better cotton, better colours and better craftsmanship. 

Based on a script provided by L.L.Bean, the Legwork team handled the creative - storyboards, design, characters, animation and sound. This is the third collaboration between the Denver-based creative studio and L.L.Bean, and in order to be consistent with their previous two projects, they made sure to use a similar concept, including combining subtle photo stop-motion elements with whimsical illustration styles.
