Boulder-based creative agency Fact & Fiction has announced that Lisa Lee has joined their leadership team as head of production. Lee’s hire comes as a time of significant momentum for Fact & Fiction with the recent addition of three new client partnerships as well as several large-scale production efforts across existing clients including AAA, Voodoo Ranger, and HaloTop. Lee’s primary focus will be driving the continued evolution of the agency’s in-house production capabilities while also partnering with the leadership team in developing talent, agency culture and growth.
“We are so excited to welcome Lisa to F&F,” said Kyle Taylor, Founder of Fact & Fiction. “She has amazing experience bringing transformative brand content to life and has an immense amount of talent highlighted by the innate ability to bring calm to the chaos that sometimes is production. She is already bringing amazing energy and fresh perspective to our approach while being a great role model and leader for our team. Lisa is a great fit for Fact & Fiction, and I can’t wait to see all that she accomplishes in the years ahead.”
Lee joins several recent senior hires at F&F including head of account Andrea Cruz, creative director Quinn Lindgren, manager of creative operations Anne Schneider and associate creative director Zephan Knaus. Prior to Fact & Fiction, Lisa was group executive creative producer at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where she worked across American Airlines, Infiniti, Hotels.com and Dominos among many other brands.
Lisa Lee added: “Fact & Fiction has succeeded in fostering a such a collaborative and creative workflow across great brands, leading to great work. I am really looking forward to bringing my experiences, perspectives and expertise to the team in helping to continue building a special agency.”
Lee assumed her new role at Fact & Fiction in July.
