Marketing transformation consultancy -lution is pleased to announce the appointment of Karina Russo to the role of partner and director of operations.
Bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, Russo returns to Melbourne from London where she spent the past six years working agency side, as well as building and running global in-house agencies for King, the creators of Candy Crush, and Entain, owner of brands including Ladbrokes Coral, Bwin and Party Casino.
Russo has deep client side experience working on a global scale, building and running in-house and hybrid agency models, designing workflows and implementing technology and marketing tools company wide. She also arrives with a solid foundation in production, employed in creative and production agencies prior to moving client side.
Partnering with -lution founder and CEO, Chris Maxwell, Russo will head up operations for the in-house agency consultancy as it continues strong growth momentum in the Australian market.
