Milka Celebrates the Festive Ethos of Tenderness in Christmas Spot Directed by Soup’s Duncan Christie

Soup’s Duncan Christie directs Milka’s Christmas film as part of an integrated campaign that celebrates the festive ethos of tenderness with the lad making a selfless sacrifice to cheer up his little sis following an epic Christmas decorations fail.

The spot is elevated by a gorgeous rendition of Bill Withers 1981 classic, Just the Two of Us, arranged by Nicolas van Reenen and sung in breathy tones by Manny Walters.

Shot in snowy but warm Finland at the beginning of this year, the commercial uses real snowy landscapes instead of shooting a Christmas commercial in summer as it happens too often.
