Naked has announced the growth of its strategy
team with two new senior hires. Lucielle Vardy has been appointed head
of strategy, with Sebastian Revell coming on board as a senior
strategist.
The new appointments come off the back of several new
business wins that continue to expand the scope of services that Naked
provides for its clients.
As head of strategy, Vardy joins Tim Kirby
(managing director) and Jon Burden (executive creative director) on
Naked's leadership team, and is tasked with leading Naked's varied
strategic offering.

Vardy brings with her a wealth of strategic leadership experience, most
recently as chief strategy officer at Emotive Content, and before that
executive planning director at GPY&R. Vardy was also strategy
director at Mindshare, and has client-side experience including Virgin
Mobile.
Revell joins Naked from Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney,
and has also worked for Publicis, PHD, and Vizeum, and client-side at
ITV in the UK.
Says Vardy: "It's such an exciting time to be
joining Naked. The agency is uniquely positioned to take advantage of
the changing demands being made on CMO's and the evolution of the
industry at large. I'm looking forward to leading some of that change
for our clients with Tim and Jon."
Says
Tim Kirby, managing director, Naked: "In Lucielle and Seb we found two
people who are restless to push for change in the way agencies can work
with their clients. Their fantastically varied experience fits perfectly
with how we like to think, and they are both lovely people to boot.
We're excited to have them join the Naked team to champion our focus on
strategic communications, and believe it is a clear signal that
objectively-focused strategic thinking is in demand once again."
