OgilvyOne dnx, the UK’s leading B2B customer engagement agency, has created a series of ads for Investors in People (IIP), in association with the UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES).
Investors in People is a management Framework for high performance through people and is recognised around the world as a mark of excellence. The sixth generation of the Framework combines nine key attributes of Outperformers that put people management at the heart of any organisation. The campaign consists of four specially designed adverts to launch the new Framework and demonstrate the Outperformance concept. The first advert launches later this month, followed by a further three highlighting; Leading, Supporting and Improving during March.
