Digital real estate company Opendoor, is changing the way people think about real estate with its radically simple way to buy, sell and finance a home.
As spring real estate season ramps up, the brand is launching two new installations in its ongoing series of spectacular For-Sale signs. The campaign, created by agency partner VB+P, turns the brand's ubiquitous signs placed at listing properties into their own media platforms and reaches and engages new customers in unique and surprising ways.
The first new sign, launched on 4/3, commemorates the finals of the NCAA College Basketball Tournament by literally raising the bar and the sign and turning it into a basketball hoop for the neighborhood kids. As a welcome alternative to the traditional real estate process, the brand encourages prospective sellers and buyers to "stop the real estate madness."
The second sign, launching on April 6th, celebrates National Library Day. Inspired by the Little Free Library movement, the Opendoor Library is full of acclaimed children's books that aim to support kids through the moving process and help them to embrace the opportunities that come with it. This sign also shows support for local libraries, a vital component of thriving communities in America.
