Now its fifth year, the annual Patrón Perfectionists cocktail competition challenges bartenders from across the globe to create a simply perfect Patrón cocktail that embodies the traits of a true perfectionist: care and dedication, attention to detail, creativity and flair, and an ability to showcase mixology skills through a rich and compelling story.
In 2013, Five by Five devised and orchestrated The Perfectionists advocacy programme in a bid to increase sales and since then they have continued to build an ever growing, engaged global community. 2020 reached unprecedented heights with over 3,000 bartenders taking part worldwide and the competition running in a record number of markets.
Offering support, motivation and inspiration, Patrón has steadily created a valuable online community to share tips, encourage participants to connect with each other and keep up-to-date with the latest competition news.
This year, engagement within the online community increased by 41% and the brand enjoyed year-on-year sales growth of +19%.
