The game-changing property search platform Boomin has launched its brand new TV campaign by SNAP LDN which aired on Boxing Day.
Directed by Andy McLeod and produced by Stuart Bentham from Rattling Stick, the spot shows a revisionist interpretation of the first expedition to the South Pole. Upon arrival, a group of polar explorers are distraught to discover that, in fact, they aren’t the first there. They’ve been beaten to it by a couple who used Boomin to find a property there. A true metaphor for the frustrations and thwarted ambitions of many searching for property.
Phil Lloyd, chief marketing officer of Boomin said: “We are constantly working on how we can help our users get ahead with their property search, by inventing new tools such as SmartVal, Sneak Peeks and Secret Properties. This ad reflects the journey of so many people who always feels like others are one step ahead in their property search, and shows through humour how Boomin can help solve that.”
Jon Boardman, chief executive of Snap added: “We love how this ad is distinct from everything else in the category, which is reflective of the way Boomin works. It demonstrates that Boomin helps buyers get there first and we’re looking forward to expanding the idea of more ‘firsts’ in the next instalments of these ads”.
