Beavertown Brewery has announced the launch of its first ever TV ad as part of its new campaign, marking a significant milestone for the company.
Titled 'Pub Stories: A Good Night Out,' the new advert features real people sharing their most memorable social moments of ‘a good night out’. To give it a Beavertown twist, these real people have been animated in the Beavertown style, mixing together the authenticity of real world stories and visually impactful Beavertown world.
The campaign will be launched nationwide with a mix of channels including TV, out of home advertising, digital, podcasts and bespoke trade activations. Tapping into the real stories told in the TV ad, Beavertown will encourage people to share their own stories about great nights out.
The ad, a co-production between Riff Raff Films and the Ridley Scott Creative Group’s Black Dog Films, saw director Ed Morris work with long-time Beavertown collaborators Alice Bloomfield and agency Like Minded Individuals, with Alice’s hand-drawn animations bringing Ed’s candid film to life.
Tom Rainsford, marketing director at Beavertown, says, “Good nights out are at the heart of our relationships with each other. They give us stories to tell, and bring us closer together, “Remember that time when….”.. We wanted to show this connection at the heart of our new campaign and to combine it with our visual Brand world to help tell the story in a way that only Beavertown can.
Nick Dwyer, creative director at Beavertown says, “‘As a designer, my aim with this campaign was to visually capture the essence of human connection and shared experiences. By capturing the unique personalities of the people involved, and animating them in our signature style, we've crafted a visual narrative that resonates with sincerity and charm. I'm really excited to see how it inspires others to celebrate life's meaningful moments”.
Beavertown's debut television ad is set to air nationwide on 23rd May 2024, so get out with mates this summer and make new memories at great nights out.
