R/GA EMEA is pleased to announce that, following a competitive pitch process, it has been appointed as a digital experience partner by the world’s leading beauty company, L’Oréal Groupe. As part of this partnership, R/GA will be responsible for creating and defining a new strategic digital experience vision of the e-boutique for L’Oréal’s leading luxury beauty brand Lancôme - which offers skincare, makeup and perfume products including the ultra-premium line ‘Absolue’.
R/GA will partner with Lancôme to develop a digital experience strategy of the e-boutique aimed at positioning the brand as the benchmark for luxury D2C digital experiences, using a customer centric approach to determine and inspire the future vision for Lancome.com. The ultimate long-term goal of this new digital strategy will be for R/GA to help Lancôme create a personalized, intuitive, mobile first experience that both guides customers and delivers on business objectives.
