Rodeo FX Names Martin Walker as Chief Technology Officer

Rodeo FX announces the appointment of Martin Walker as chief technology officer (CTO). With over 20 years of experience in high-profile technology roles, and an industry-renowned visionary spirit, Martin brings valuable expertise to support Rodeo FX in technology innovation and visual effects production, as the studio has just completed the second season of The Rings of Power on Amazon Prime Video and Dwayne Johnson's latest film Red One. 

Martin began his career in the field of robotics, and has accumulated a wealth of experience over the years. Notably at SoftImage, where he was involved in the emergence of the first cutting-edge 3D tools. His career led him as CTO at Behavior Interactive, at the forefront of the development of a multiplatform game engine in the early days of Unreal and Unity. A technology that will be used on over 120 games, including licenses for Disney and Universal. 

His career continued at Fuel Industries and Digital Dimension, where he led teams on major projects such as the anthology Kizazi Moto for Disney+. His expertise in integrating new technologies and his visionary approach guided him to join Rodeo FX, where he first worked on improving the technology pipeline before officially taking on the role of CTO.
