Sam Smith’s New Album, GLORIA, is out today, along with a video for 'I’m Not Here To Make Friends,' directed by award-winning UnderWonder director Tanu Muino (Lil Nas X, Harry Styles, Elton John, Britney Spears, Normani).
The video features Smith emerging from a helicopter, dressed in the stunning hot pink gown they wore on 'Saturday Night Live,' and escorted into a sumptuous costume ball held at a historic English estate. Helmed by Ukrainian director Tanu Muiño (Katy Perry, Normani), the video was shot at Ashridge House, which was once a royal residence to King Henry VIII and Princess Elizabeth I. La Big Bertha makes a cameo appearance.
In addition to Tanu, UnderWonder Content’s roster of director talent also includes Lado, Troy Roscoe, and KC Locke, who last year took home a MTV EMA for his music video collaboration for David Guetta and Bebe Rexha. Led by EPs Frank and Ivanna Borin, UnderWonder’s success in the music video realm and status as a pop culture influencer is also attracting projects in the commercial, film, and branded entertainment space.
