Seen Presents welcomes Emily Lyddon-Towl and Lucy Ducker to the team as associate creative directors, marking a significant step in bolstering the company’s creative capabilities.
These senior, female hires are two of nine new roles added this year, reaffirming Seen Presents’ commitment to building a powerhouse team driven by purposeful and impactful design. Emily and Lucy bring a wealth of experience and an impressive track record, having collaborated on high-profile campaigns for globally renowned brands, including standout work showcased at tentpole events such as Cannes Lions, CES, and SXSW in their previous roles.
In an exciting twist, this also marks a professional reunion between this dynamic duo and the managing director of Seen Presents, Louisa O’Connor following a five-year gap since they last worked together. “It’s a personal full-circle moment for me to work with Lucy and Emily again. They were a fearsome partnership, and I have some of my best creative memories with them. Seeing them thrive together again as directors of the business makes me immensely happy and proud”, explains Louisa, managing director of Seen Presents.
At their previous agency, Emily held the role of head of design and Lucy served as design director, but both women’s expertise spanned across tech, 2D and 3D design. Although they moved on at different times, their creative synergy remained intact—a connection Seen Presents was quick to recognise during the hiring process.
“The team initially set out to hire one associate creative director, but after interviewing both candidates separately, they recognised their unique perspectives would elevate our creative offering in a way that one hire alone couldn’t achieve. Emily and Lucy have brought in a wave of talent to our already eclectic team. With backgrounds in graphics and design, it’s been amazing to see them gel so brilliantly with everyone and work on some of our most memorable projects”, Louisa reaffirms.
Seen Presents is proud to showcase its dedication to female leadership, innovation, and creativity. These hires have helped the company reposition themselves within a very competitive market, create new service offerings, as well as win and deliver various global projects with new clients such as DIRECTV, Reddit and MediaLink.
