Having already established itself as a leading director-based and service production house, FORT has announced that Tasneem Mohamed-Fakier will step in to formally head up FORT CONTENT. Under the leadership of Tasneem, FORT CONTENT will focus on work that falls outside the scope of traditional TVC production.
“FORT CONTENT exemplifies a multi-disciplinary approach”, explains Tasneem “that is designed to respond to the industry’s need for work that is quick to market and customised to the viewing habits of audiences on digital platforms.”
Tasneem joined FORT in 2020, and has worked closely with clients to help their brands execute ideas that match their budgets and ambitions.
“This is an exciting internal promotion which directly speaks to the talent pipeline that FORT houses. It’s also an excellent example of the dynamic leadership that is possible for the industry; where talent and potential are recognised and given the opportunity to grow” says FORT’s co-founder, Shukri Toefy.
FORT CONTENT boasts a digital content team with a diverse expertise in post-production, animation, micro-crew shooting as well as knowledge in new technologies and shifting distribution platforms. “Our goal is to produce high-quality work that is adaptable to contemporary content consumption habits. I’ve presided over multiple successful projects in this space, and I believe that my new role will allow me to share my experience and expertise more widely” shares Tasneem.

FORT’s executive producer Craig February will continue to look after FORT’s roster of directors and existing clients in its commercials division, while Tasneem will nurture and lead the continued evolution of FORT CONTENT moving forward.
