Independent creative agency, The Core Agency, has created a new campaign for national in-home aged care and disability support provider, Just Better Care. Just Better Care is one of Australia’s largest accredited providers, delivering in-home social and lifestyle support services that enable people to live independently. Its network of over 40 franchise territories provides affordable and accessible services that can be tailored to meet the individual requirements of their customers. The brand is currently expanding its footprint of local offices into Western Australia and Tasmania.
The new campaign is built around the insight that many older people and those living with disability take great comfort in being able to remain living in their own homes connected with their friends, family and community.
The integrated campaign includes print, poster, digital, social and direct response regional TVCs. Central to the tone of the campaign is the positive portrayal of seniors and people living with disability, as work in this category often doesn’t reflect these members of our community in the best light.
Bec Turner, business director at The Core Agency, said: “As well as clearly branding Just Better Care in a crowded category, we are proud that our new campaign truly captures every member of our community in a positive and authentic way.”
Marketing manager at Just Better Care, Ryan McMahon, added: “Our new campaign focuses on the human truth that we get powerful emotional reassurance from the familiarities of home life. By helping people continue to enjoy these little things, we can genuinely help our customers enjoy life more.”
This latest campaign launch comes off the back of the agency’s announcement last month that it had created a new brand and identity for Mitti Insurance. The agency’s client list includes IGA Supermarkets, QBE Insurance, PwC, Just Better Care, Key Pharmaceuticals, Evergreen Garden Care, Elders Insurance and Beem it.
