The Many has announced the hiring of Reza Rostampisheh as group strategy director, Gary Stentz as senior analytics director, Bryan Ahir as digital media supervisor and Alexandra Benavides as insights analyst joining the Connections team at The Many.

Reza Rostampisheh offers a multifaceted strategic perspective, treating brand, media, social, and creative aspects as interconnected components of a broad plan. His past work, including creating the Multi-Contextual Thinking™ platform at IPG’s The Salon and strategic roles at BBDO LA and Campbell Ewald, has proven his ability to foster brand growth and strengthen client relations through integrated strategic planning.
As group strategy director, Reza will manage the development and execution of strategic initiatives that incorporate various elements of media and communication. His integrated approach aims to ensure that the agency’s strategies are cohesive and aligned, thus enhancing the effectiveness of client campaigns.
Gary Stentz brings a rich background in marketing science to his new role, especially from his tenure at MuteSix, where he led the marketing science and strategy department. His strategic use of data and comprehensive media measurement have consistently enhanced business outcomes, maximising ROI and optimising campaign effectiveness.
As the senior analytics director, Gary is tasked with further growing, building, diversifying and refining the agency's analytics practices. He will implement data-driven methodologies to support and inform strategic media efforts, ensuring alignment with the latest technological advancements and industry standards.
