Stunt sees New Yorkers rewarded with cold hard cash for scoring hoops

Champions of Cash is a new kind of Scratch-Off ticket. It allows New Yorkers to play immersive sports games in 3D on their phone. All they have to do is scan the ticket with the NY Lottery 3D app. Players choose from basketball, baseball, football, or soccer which then reveal the winnings on each ticket. 

It’s the NY Lottery’s most immersive playing experience. So, McCann New York launched the ticket with a stunt that immersed real New Yorkers in the game. The Cash Court brings the 3D world of Champions of Cash into the real world, onto a real New York City basketball court, and takes the game to whole new dimension.

The integrated campaign launched today and spans TV, Digital, Social, POS (Retail).
