Announced today, TMW Tomorrow, TMW’s culture-led PR and social specialism has added new senior members to its growing team.
Chloe Mitchell joins as executive comms and PR director, with Fran Payne being appointed as associate creative director. Since launching in June, TMW Tomorrow has seen organic client growth, launched work for new clients, and expanded its remit of government work, winning PR and social work for The Breakthrough Agenda and running the HMRC’s “You’re On It” influencer campaign.
Chloe will head up PR, leading TMW Tomorrow alongside Olivia Wedderburn, executive social influence director. The duo will work into TMW’s executive leadership team.
With over 15 years of experience in PR and communications, Chloe most recently worked as business director at M&C Saatchi Talk, having previously been an associate director at Edelman. Her background includes successful brand relaunches and campaigns in the technology, retail, and beauty sectors.
She played a pivotal role in the relaunch of EE last year, garnering several award nominations, as well as leading highly successful PR campaigns for their sponsorship activity including BAFTA and Glastonbury. She was recently instrumental in launching Sephora stores in the UK, as well as leading PR campaigns for brands including Currys, Weight Watchers, Sonos, Elizabeth Arden and Revolution Beauty.
Fran joins from John Doe, having led campaigns for brands including Tanqueray, Tesco Mobile, and Glenmorangie. In her role as associate creative director, she will bring multifaceted creative experience that will enhance TMW Tomorrow’s interdisciplinary proposition. Fran’s wide-ranging experience covers brand, social, influence and behaviour campaigns, as well as PR stunts and special builds.
