Price comparison brand uSwitch is launching a series of idents, created by its agency Brothers and Sisters, to support the sponsorship of ITV’s entertainment programme Britain’s Got Talent.
Launching with the first episode of the show on ITV on Saturday 14th April, and running on ITV and ITV2 throughout the series, the idents were created to inspire and motivate everyday consumers to switch and save money on their household bills.
Brothers and Sisters has created a series of 15-second, 10-second and 5-second idents to support the sponsorship featuring Coach, the character originally created by Brothers and Sisters as part of the main uSwitch advertising campaign.
Coach makes a reappearance to show the great British public that even if they don’t possess a talent worthy of the Royal Variety show, everyone can possess a talent for switching and saving money.
uSwitch announced the sponsorship, the largest to date for the brand, last month and will reach a primetime audience of millions through the partnership with Britain’s Got Talent.
Gareth Helm, the Chief Marketing Officer at ZPG, which owns uSwitch, said: “This is an excellent opportunity for us to further build the uSwitch brand and help the nation understand how they can save hundreds of pounds a year off their household bills in a matter of a few minutes.”
Will Flack, ECD at Brothers and Sisters said: ““These idents are a nod to all those performers who put themselves out there and give it their all, no matter how talented they are.”
