Doomsday Entertainment has signed director, photographer, and conceptual artist Atlas Acopian to its US roster for music video and commercial representation.
Named among Forbes’ 30 Under 30, Adweek’s Creative 100, and The One Club’s Young Guns 18, Atlas has captured attention as a young talent to watch. His signature style is defined by his wit and cinematic eye, using cutting-edge technologies to critique popular culture, explore gender identity, and push the boundaries of visual storytelling.

The Armenian American’s pioneering use of Snapchat and Instagram built his reputation for subverting and defying expectations of mobile video, winning him high-profile clients such as Adobe, Interscope Records, Red Bull, Sports Illustrated, and W Hotels. His viral parody sites Amazon Dating and Postdates have been featured in NPR, Rolling Stone, Fast Company, VICE, and Dazed, among others.
Most recently, Atlas has shot a pair of dynamic spots for American non-profit organisation, Cotton, zooming into and slowing down everyday moments to celebrate unbridled, messy joy. Honouring a key landmark in his own experience of transitioning, Atlas has also released ‘Binderburn’, a fiery conceptual short that sees a chest binder go up in flames on a clothesline.

Danielle Hinde, owner of Doomsday Entertainment, adds, “As soon as I saw Atlas' work, I was immediately captivated. I never thought I could get lost in a world in under 15 seconds but his work has that strong of a pull. Always ahead of the curve, his work represents the future of content creation as he explores new technologies through playfulness and wit.”
