Wavemaker Thailand, part of GroupM, has been officially appointed as the media AOR (agency of record) for L'Oréal Groupe in Thailand effective January 2024 This appointment marks an expansion of responsibilities from advertising media planning to e-commerce media strategies, affirming L'Oréal's confidence in Wavemaker's innovative media strategies that create unique beauty experiences in Thailand.
Wavemaker outperformed three other leading media agencies in the selection process with the distinctive presentation of Beauty Tech Labs, a specialised team gathering experts capable of leveraging on the strengths of innovations, technology, and tools within the WPP network. This team will be dedicated to L'Oréal's account – ensuring superior performance in consumer awareness and CRM, leveraging AI, and upcoming innovations, ultimately enabling L'Oréal to create campaigns that more specifically meet market demands and target groups.
