Who Wot Why has announced the release of its new campaign for printing company Photobox.
The multi-product, multi-execution brand campaign launched this week across the UK, France and Spain and sees a new positioning for the brand. The emotive campaign is directed by highly-acclaimed Steve Reeves (also co-founder of Another Film company, who produced the films) and reminds consumers that Photobox can help you to transform meaningful moments with loved ones, into thoughtful gifts, any time of the year.
Who Wot Why co-founder Matt Gooden comments, ‘A Photobox gift is a powerful thing to give and receive. Much better than most of the tut we give which usually ends up in land fill. The campaign we’ve developed is part of a huge brand overhaul. Photobox need to stand out and rise above the naff category conversations.’
Independent global media agency, The Specialist Works, will deliver the communications strategy, media planning and buying.
Jo Lavender, Brand and Marketing Director at Photobox said, ‘our is mission to help customers realise the year-round potential of building relationships and connecting with loved ones through the permanence of thoughtful and meaningful photo gifting.’
The campaign highlights families and relationships and kicks off in the UK within C4’s launch night of Old People’s Homes for Four-Year-Olds. It will be followed with slots in C4’s Celebrity First Dates Stand Up 2 Cancer and ITV transgender child drama Butterfly.
